are u sure those reviews u flagged were abusive? it's virtually impossible to have a garbage whistle unless u keep flagging non-abusive reviews. when i first joined ng, i tried to flag every thing i came across with just to see what it was like to have a garbage whistle but i never got one. lol .
only flag chain mails and reviews which are insulting to the author if u want to be safe. anything else (reviews that are non helpful) should be treated as non-abusive so that u don't lose whistle points.
